Then follow the setup steps on Home. You create your business on the web app, on a computer or a phone. It takes one screen. Then Teamna shows the setup steps on **Home**. Every business starts with a 7-day free trial. You do not need a card. ## Make your account 1. Open [teamna.app/sign-up](/sign-up). You can also select **Start free trial** on any page of this site. 2. Type your mobile number and select **Continue with WhatsApp** or **Continue with SMS**. Or select **Use email instead**, type your email and select **Continue with email**. 3. Finish the sign-in. For SMS, type the 6-digit code. For email, open the link in the email. There is no password. For more on each way to sign in, see [How do I sign in with my phone or email?](/help/sign-in-with-phone-or-email). ## Tell Teamna about you and your business Teamna opens **About you and your business**. 1. Under **You**, type **Your name**. 2. Verify your **Mobile number**. If you signed up with an email, select **Verify your mobile number**, then type the code that Teamna sends. Teamna uses this number to sign you in and to send you messages about your business. 3. Under **Your role at the business**, select **Owner**, **Manager** or **Head coach**. You get full access in each case. The role shows next to your name. 4. Optional: select **Add an email**. You can then also sign in with it. 5. Under **Your business**, type the **Business name**. 6. Select your **Sport**. No sport is selected for you: **Create my business** waits until you select one. Teamna uses the words of your sport, for example Coach, Parent, Swimmer and Level for swimming, and Instructor, Client and Class for pilates. You can change the words later in **Settings**. 7. Under **How your business works**, check the two answers. They show after you select the sport. **Who books**: members book for their children, or members book for themselves. **How classes fill**: each person stays in one group, or people pick each session. Teamna fills them from your sport. You can change them later in **Settings**, on the **Business** tab. 8. Select **Create my business**. The currency is AED and the language is English. ## Add your logo and your team Teamna shows two short steps. You can skip each one and do it later. 1. **Your logo.** Select **Choose a file** (PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, 512 px or larger, 5 MB or less). Tick the box to confirm that you own the logo or have permission to use it. Select **Use this logo**, then **Continue**. Or select **Skip for now**. 2. **Your team.** Type the **Name** and **Mobile number** of a staff member, and select **Add and invite as** with your word for staff, or **Add and invite as admin**. Teamna sends each person an invitation on WhatsApp. Select **Finish**, or **Skip for now**. ## Follow the setup steps on Home Teamna opens **Home**. The setup card shows how many steps are done and the next step. Select **Start** to open it. The steps follow who books. When members book for their children, there are 8 steps: 1. Your business 2. Team and roles 3. Groups and sessions 4. Packages and rules 5. Import members 6. Invite members 7. Put participants in groups 8. Sessions left this month When members book for themselves, for example at a pilates studio, there are 7 steps. There is no step to put participants in groups, and the last step is **Sessions left and end date**: the sessions left on the package of each client, and the day the package ends. 1. Your business 2. Every business starts with a 7-day free trial, and you do not need a card. After the trial, the business pays one monthly plan. Teamna takes no fee from the payments you collect. See [Pricing](/pricing). ### Can I create my business in the mobile app? Yes. In the app, select **I run a business**, then **Start**, and type the business name and select the sport. The app shows how your business works for that sport. You change it, and you finish the setup, on the web app on a computer. ### Did a business invite you? Then you do not create a business. On **About you and your business**, select **Enter a join code**, or open the invite link that the business sent you. Still stuck?
