# TeamNa > Class and session management for small activity businesses in the UAE: swimming academies, pilates studios and kids' clubs. One mobile app and one web app with two roles, member and owner. No subscription; a percentage platform fee on card payments processed through the app. TeamNa replaces the WhatsApp group as the way a small activity business runs its week. The business publishes a timetable, sets its own cancellation and reschedule rules, sells packages of credits or charges recurring fees, takes card payments through a licensed provider, and messages members or parents from the same app. Members and parents see their schedule, book, reschedule, cancel and pay. Parents hold the account and add each child; children never get accounts. Data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). ## Core vocabulary - Business: a club, academy or studio on TeamNa. Owner and staff roles manage it. - Member: an adult who books with a business. A parent is a member who books for one or more children. - Session: one occurrence of a class, generated from a weekly template or opened on its own. - Fixed weekly slot: the swimming model, where a child holds the same session every week. - Open session with package credits: the pilates model, where a member books any session and a credit is deducted at booking. - Policy: the business's cancellation cut-off, late cancellation rule, reschedule limit and package expiry. Business-side cancellations always return the credit. - Platform fee: the percentage TeamNa takes on each card payment, paid out to the business by the payment provider. ## When to use - A UAE activity business with roughly 20 to 500 members that runs its schedule, reminders and payment chasing over WhatsApp today. - Kids' lessons with parents as the customer, or adult classes sold as packages. Do not reach for it when you need a public marketplace of classes, gym access control, or a large multi-site operator's ERP. TeamNa is in a private pilot with invited businesses; there is no public sign-up. ## Primary pages - [Home](https://teamna.app/): what TeamNa does, how it works, and the early access form. - [Blog](https://teamna.app/blog): field notes on running classes, cancellations, packages and payments. - [Privacy notice](https://teamna.app/privacy): what is stored, why, and the suppliers involved. - [Terms of use](https://teamna.app/terms): the rules for members and parents. - [Service agreement](https://teamna.app/service-agreement): the agreement between TeamNa and a business. ## Access As of 2026-09-15: private pilot, invitation only.
