> AED 275 a month for each business, plus VAT where it applies. One plan, everything included. Free for pilot businesses during the pilot. Teamna takes no fee from your payments.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does Teamna take a fee from the payments my members make?

No. Card payments go to your own account through a licensed payment provider. The provider charges its own processing fee. Teamna takes nothing from your payments.

### What does one subscription cover?

One business: all its members, staff, groups and sessions. There is no limit on any of them, and there is no charge for each member.

### Do parents or members pay Teamna?

No. Only the business pays Teamna. Members and parents use the app for free.

### Is VAT included?

No. We add UAE VAT where it applies and send you a tax invoice.

### Is there a contract or a minimum term?

You pay month by month. You or we can end the service agreement with 30 days' notice. You can export your data for 30 days after the end.

### What does a pilot business pay?

Nothing during the pilot. Before the pilot ends, we give you at least 30 days' notice, and you can leave before you pay anything.
