How your studio runs on Teamna

• Publish your weekly timetable once: reformer, mat, private and group sessions.
• Set the capacity of each session, for example eight reformers. The app stops bookings when it is full.
• Sell packages of sessions, for example 10 sessions valid for 8 weeks. Each booking uses one session.
• Write your cancellation rule once: the cut-off, and what happens after it. Cancel in time and the session comes back. Cancel late and it is used.
• Members pay for packages by card in the app. You can also record cash and bank transfers.
• Import your current clients from a CSV file.

• Members see open sessions and spots left, and book in two taps.
• They always know how many sessions are left and when the package expires.

What it costs

Teamna costs AED 275 a month for each studio, plus VAT where it applies. There is no limit on members, instructors or sessions. Teamna takes no fee from your payments. Pilot studios pay nothing during the pilot.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sell packages of sessions with an expiry date?

Yes. You set the number of sessions and how long the package lasts, for example 10 sessions in 8 weeks. Each booking uses one session, and the member always sees the balance.

What happens when a member cancels late?

Your rule decides. You set the cut-off, for example 12 hours. Cancel before it and the session comes back to the package. Cancel after it, or do not come, and the session is used.

Can I limit the number of reformers in each session?

Yes. Each session has a capacity. When it is full, members cannot book it, and the app shows them the other sessions with space.

Does Teamna take a fee from my payments?

No. Card payments go to your own account through a licensed payment provider. Teamna takes nothing from your payments.

Can I import my current clients?

Yes. Upload a CSV file with your clients on the web office.
