How your academy runs on Teamna

• Set up your groups by level and age, for example Stage 2 on Tuesday at 16:00 in lane 2.
• Enroll a child once in a fixed weekly slot. The sessions appear on the parent's schedule for the whole term.
• Set how many swimmers each session takes. The app stops a booking when the lane is full.
• Charge a monthly fee for each enrollment. The parent pays by card in the app, or you record cash and bank transfers.
• Write your cancellation rule once: the cut-off, and what a late cancellation costs. The app applies it to every family in the same way.
• When the pool closes, cancel the session. Every parent gets a notice, and the session comes back automatically.
• Import your current list of swimmers and parents from a CSV file.

What it costs

Teamna costs AED 275 a month for each academy, plus VAT where it applies. There is no limit on swimmers, parents, coaches or groups. Teamna takes no fee from your payments. Pilot academies pay nothing during the pilot.

Frequently asked questions

Can a parent book for more than one child?

Yes. The parent holds the account and adds each child once. The parent books, cancels and pays for any of them. Children do not get their own accounts.

Can I keep fixed weekly slots for a whole term?

Yes. You enroll the child once in a slot, for example Tuesday at 16:00. Teamna creates the sessions weeks ahead, so the slot stays on the parent's schedule every week.

What happens when the pool is closed?

You cancel the session in Teamna. Every parent gets a notice, and the session comes back to them automatically. A cancellation by the academy always returns the session.

Can I import my current swimmers?

Yes. Upload a CSV file with the parents, the children and their groups on the web office.

Do parents need to install an app?

Yes. Parents use the Teamna app on iPhone or Android. Owners and staff use the same app, and owners also get a web office on a computer.

How much does Teamna cost for a swimming academy?
