How it works

Three steps, then the week runs itself

  1. You set the schedule and the rules

    Add your class types, your weekly slots, your packages and your cancellation policy. Fixed recurring slots for a term, open sessions people book one at a time, or both at once.

  2. Members join with an invite link

    Share one invite link on WhatsApp. A parent installs the app, opens the link, adds each of their children, and they are in. No forms for you to fill in on their behalf.

  3. Bookings, payments and reminders run themselves

    A session comes off the package at booking, reminders go out before every session, cancellations follow your policy, and card payments land in your account. You step in only when you want to change something.

Recurring weekly slots

Tuesday at 17:00, every week of the term. Enroll the child once and the sessions keep appearing on their schedule.

Session packages

Sell a package of sessions with an expiry date. Booking uses one session. A valid cancellation gives it back at once.

Cancellation policies you set

Pick the cut-off, decide what a late cancellation costs, cap reschedules. The app enforces the rule so you never have to.

Card payments in AED

Members pay for packages and monthly fees inside the app. The money goes to your account through a licensed payment provider.

AI Assistant looks at your business each morning, answers your questions from your live data, and gets the work ready for you. Nothing changes until you tap Confirm.

  • It tells you what needs you.Each morning: pay links still open after a week, a session tomorrow with no coach, a swimmer who missed three in a row.
  • It answers from your data.'Who still owes us?' 'Which classes are full this week?' Ask in English or Arabic. The numbers come from your records, never from a guess.
  • It does the work when you ask.'Give tomorrow's 5 pm session to Noor.' 'Remind the families with old pay links.' It shows you the plan first. You tap Confirm.

Who Teamna is for, and who it is not for

Teamna is a good fit when

  • You run a swimming academy, a pilates studio, or a sports or kids' club in the UAE.
  • You have about 20 to 500 members, and you run the schedule, reminders and payments in WhatsApp today.
  • You teach children and the parents book and pay, or you sell packages of sessions to adults.
  • You want your own cancellation and reschedule rules, and you want the app to apply them.
  • You take payments by card, cash or bank transfer, and you want one record of all of them.

Teamna is not the right tool when

  • You want a public marketplace where new customers find your classes.
  • You need gym access control, turnstiles or a point of sale for products.

Can I start today?

Yes. Use Start free trial to sign up and set up your business yourself, step by step. If you want help, use the form above and we set up your schedule with you. Teamna is for activity businesses in the UAE.

What does it cost?

Teamna costs AED 275 a month for each business, plus VAT where it applies. There is one plan with everything to run your business, and there is no limit on members or staff. AI Assistant is an optional package. 7-day free trial. No card needed.

Teamna takes no fee from your payments. Card payments go to your account. Cash and bank transfers are fine too: you record them in Teamna. See the pricing page for the details.

Do parents need the app?

Yes. Parents and members use the Teamna app on iPhone or Android. Owners and staff use the same app, and owners also get a web office for the work that needs a big screen.

It is not in the App Store or on Google Play yet. Until it is, parents and members use Teamna in the browser: the invite link from the business opens it.

Can I bring my existing schedule?

Yes, and you should. Tell us what a normal week looks like and we set up the class types, the weekly slots, the packages and the cancellation policy with you before a single member is invited. You never start from an empty schedule.

Is my members' data safe?

Every business is separated at the application layer, so one business can never read another's members, sessions or payments. Card details never reach our servers: payments are handled by a licensed payment provider.

Child profiles hold a name and a date of birth so a session can be booked for the right child, and nothing else. We never market to children. The privacy notice spells out exactly what is stored and why.
