Make your business and sign in.
- How do I create my business on Teamna?Start a free trial, make your account with your mobile number or email, and create your business in one screen. Then follow the setup steps on Home.
- How do I sign in with my phone or email?Sign in to Teamna with your mobile number by WhatsApp or SMS, or with your email. There is no password. How to switch between places and sign out.
Classes and packages
Your groups, your weekly schedule, what you sell and your rules.
- How do I set up my groups and weekly timetable?Add your groups, put their weekly times on the timetable, publish the month, and move or cancel one session. Members book only what you publish.
- How do I set packages, rules, fees and the waiting list?Make the packages your members buy, set one cancellation rule, choose a fee for a no-show or a late cancel, and set how the waiting list gives a free place.
- How do I sell a monthly membership?Sell a number of sessions each month, or unlimited sessions, for a price each month. Teamna asks for each month's payment and sends reminders.
Members
Bring your members into Teamna.
- How do I import my members from a CSV file?Bring your member list into Teamna from a spreadsheet: the columns to use, how to check the rows, and what happens after the import. Nobody is contacted.
- How do I invite parents and members to my business?Share your join link, send invites from Teamna, and approve people who join. Members join on the web with their mobile number. No app is necessary.
- How does the welcome before the first class work?Teamna can send each new client a welcome before their first class: what to wear, what to bring and when to come. Turn it on or off and write the text.
- How do I ask health questions when people join?Turn on short yes or no health questions and your terms at join, choose who reads the answers, and see the Health note flag on the class list in Teamna.
Attendance and payments

- How do I take attendance at a session?Mark who came on the web or in the mobile app, check in clients by name at the start, add a person who was not booked, and change the marks later.
- How do I record a cash or bank transfer payment?Record money that a member paid in cash or by bank transfer, from Home or from the member page. Teamna marks the package paid and takes no fee.
