How do I sign in with my phone or email?

Sign in to Teamna with your mobile number by WhatsApp or SMS, or with your email. There is no password. How to switch between places and sign out.

Teamna has no passwords. You sign in with your mobile number or your email, and Teamna checks that it is yours. Owners, staff and members all sign in the same way.

Sign in on the web

Open teamna.app/sign-in. You can also select Sign in at the top of this site.

With WhatsApp

  1. Type your Mobile number. Select the country if your number is not from the UAE.
  2. Select Continue with WhatsApp.
  3. WhatsApp opens with a message that starts "Sign me in to Teamna". Tap Send.
  4. Go back to Teamna. Teamna signs you in.

The code in the message works for a few minutes. If it expires, select Get a new code and open WhatsApp.

With SMS

  1. Type your Mobile number.
  2. Select Continue with SMS. SMS goes only to UAE numbers. For another country, use WhatsApp or email.
  3. Type the 6-digit Code and select Sign in.

The code expires in 10 minutes. If no code arrives, wait 30 seconds and select Resend.

With email

  1. Select Use email instead.
  2. Type your Email and select Continue with email.
  3. Open the email "Sign in to Teamna" and select Sign in to Teamna.

The link works one time and expires in 15 minutes. If no email arrives, look in your spam folder, or select Send the link again.

Sign in in the mobile app

The app has the same buttons: Continue with WhatsApp, Continue with SMS and Use email instead. With email, the app sends a 6-digit code, not a link. Type the code and select Sign in.

Use the same number every time

Teamna knows you by your mobile number or your email. If you have two numbers, sign in with the number that your business has. An owner can add an email to the account and then sign in with either one.

Switch between businesses and roles

One account can be an owner in one business, staff in another, and a member in a third. Teamna calls each one a place.

  • After you sign in, Teamna asks Where do you want to go? Select a place. Next time, Teamna opens your last place.
  • Owners: at the bottom of the menu, select Switch to another place.
  • Staff and members: select Switch.
  • In the mobile app: tap your picture to open your account, then select a business under Your businesses.

Sign out

  • Owners: select Sign out at the bottom of the menu.
  • Members: open Profile and select Sign out.
  • Staff: select Sign out on the Today page.
  • In the mobile app: open your account and select Sign out.

On the web, Teamna asks you to confirm. Select Yes, sign out.

Frequently asked questions

I did not get a code. What do I do?
Wait 30 seconds and select Resend. Make sure the number is correct. If you asked for many codes in one hour, Teamna stops sending codes to that number for a short time. Try WhatsApp or email.
Teamna says the code is no longer usable. Why?
The code was typed wrong too many times, or it expired. Ask for a new code.
Can I sign in with a number from outside the UAE?
Yes. Select your country and use WhatsApp or email. SMS goes only to UAE numbers.
How long do I stay signed in?
You stay signed in on the device until you select Sign out, for up to 60 days.
