How a coach takes attendance
- The coach signs in to Teamna on the phone and sees today's sessions.
- The coach opens a session and chooses cards or a list. With cards, one child shows at a time: swipe right for yes and left for no. With the list, tap Yes or No next to each name.
- A child came with no booking? Tap Someone else came. Find the child in the club, or type the name. You decide about the session later.
- The coach checks the marks and saves. A wrong mark can be changed later.
- A coach takes attendance only for their own sessions. Owners and admins can take it for any session.
What you see as the owner
- Open a session on the schedule to see who is booked and who came.
- Take or change the attendance of any session yourself.
- Your home page lists the children who came before, still have sessions left, have nothing booked, and have not come in two weeks. Send their parent a message in one tap.
Attendance does not change the balance
A session comes off the package when the parent books it, not when the coach marks attendance. A child who does not come does not get the session back, and a mark does not use a second session. The rule is the same for every family.

Frequently asked questions
- Do coaches need a computer?
- No. Coaches take attendance on their phone. The owner can use the web office on a computer, or the phone too.
- How do I take attendance in a WhatsApp group?
- Many clubs post the list in the group and ask the coach to reply. It is hard to find the answer later. With Teamna the coach opens the session on the phone and marks each child Yes or No. You see the marks on the schedule, and they stay with each child.
- Can I use a WhatsApp poll for attendance?
- A poll can work for a few days. Then answers come late, people change the vote, and the result is not in one place. In Teamna the coach marks who came at the session, and the record stays for each child and each session.
- Can a coach see every session of the business?
- A coach takes attendance only for their own sessions, from the day of the session. Owners and admins can take attendance for any session.
- What happens when a child comes without a booking?
- The coach taps Someone else came and finds or types the child. The owner sees it and decides about the session.
- Does a missed session come back to the package?
- No. Attendance is a record only. The session comes off the package at booking. To get a session back, the parent cancels before your cut-off.
- How much does Teamna cost?
