Each morning, it tells you what needs you

At 7 in the morning, AI Assistant looks at your business. It finds the things that need you, and it brings the facts and a plan.

  • A session tomorrow with people booked and no coach. It finds up to 3 coaches who are free.
  • Pay links still open 7 days after you sent them. It gets a reminder ready for each family, with their own link.
  • A member who missed 3 sessions in a row. It gets a check-in message to the family ready.

Answers

Ask in your own words, in English or Arabic

AI Assistant reads your records before it answers. The tables and the totals come straight from your data. When it is not sure which session or person you mean, it asks you. You can also write Arabic in Latin letters. The answer comes in Arabic.

Plans

Tell it what to do. You tap Confirm.

Each plan shows a preview: who it changes, what each family gets, and the message. Nothing happens until you tap Confirm. If something changed after the plan, it checks again first.

  • Give a session to another coach.
  • Move a session to a new time. It checks for clashes and that the coach is free.
  • Cancel a session. The families get their sessions back and one message.
  • Remind the families who owe money, each with their own pay link.
  • Send a message to up to 20 families.

Your rules

What it never does

  • It never changes anything or sends a message without your Confirm.
  • It never makes a plan for a session, a person or a pay link that is not in Teamna.
  • It sees only your business.
  • Only the owner and admins use it. Coaches, members and parents do not see it.

Privacy

Your data

AI Assistant uses Claude, by Anthropic. Anthropic gets your question and the data that answers it, never phone numbers or email addresses, and it does not keep the data to train its models. A few people of the Teamna team can read chats to find and fix wrong answers, and Teamna records each time they open one. Read the privacy notice.

  • AED 149 a month, plus VAT, with your Teamna plan (AED 275 a month).
  • Add it in your free trial, and it is free until the trial ends.
  • Remove it at any time on the Billing page. It stays on until your next charge date, and you pay nothing more for it.
  • Up to 200 answers a day for each business.

What is Teamna AI Assistant?
An optional package for Teamna. Each morning it finds what needs you. It answers your questions from your live data, and it makes plans for changes and messages that wait for your Confirm.
Does AI Assistant change things on its own?
No. It makes a plan and shows you a preview. Nothing changes and no message goes to a family until you tap Confirm.
Which languages does it speak?
It answers in the language of your question: English or Arabic. Arabic in Latin letters gets an answer in Arabic.
Who can use it?
The owner and the admins of the business, in Teamna Desk on the web and in the Teamna app. Coaches, members and parents do not see it.
How much does AI Assistant cost?
