Send a payment link, not a reminder

• Open the parent's page in Teamna. On Payments, tap Ask for an amount. Type the amount, what it is for, and the day to pay by.
• Tap Send on WhatsApp, or copy the link.
• The parent opens the link and sees your business name, the amount and what it is for. They pay by card. They do not need a Teamna account or the app.
• The link closes when the payment arrives. The payment goes on the right family in Teamna.

See who paid and who did not

• Each request shows Not paid, Late or Paid, and the day the parent paid.
• The Payments page lists every card payment, cash payment and bank transfer. Filter it to see what is paid and what is waiting.
• Your home page shows the families with an overdue package. Send each one a reminder to pay in the Teamna app. For a family that is not in the app yet, send the reminder on WhatsApp from your phone.

Cash, card and bank transfer in one list

• A parent pays cash at reception? Record it in Teamna and type the receipt number in the note.
• A parent pays by bank transfer? Record it with the transfer reference.
• Card payments go to your own Stripe account. You open it from Teamna once, and Stripe checks your business. The card statement shows your business name.

What it costs

Teamna costs AED 275 a month for each business, plus VAT where it applies. Teamna takes no fee from your payments. Stripe charges its own card fee. It shows next to the payment when Stripe reports it. 7-day free trial. No card needed.

Frequently asked questions

Does the parent need an account or the app to pay?

No. The link opens a payment page in the browser. The parent pays by card on a Stripe page. The payment goes on the family's account in Teamna.

How do I send a payment reminder?

When you ask for an amount, Teamna sends a notice with the amount and the day to pay by to a parent who has notifications on in the Teamna app. For an overdue package, tap Remind to pay on your home page, and Teamna sends the reminder in the app. For a family that is not in the app yet, Teamna writes the reminder and opens WhatsApp on your phone. You can also send the payment link itself on WhatsApp.

Does Teamna take a fee from my payments?

No. The money goes to your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its card fee. Teamna takes nothing from your payments.

Can I record cash and bank transfers too?

Yes. Record a cash payment with the receipt number, or a bank transfer with the reference. Card, cash and transfers show in the same Payments list.

What do I need before I can send a card payment link?

A Stripe account for your business. You open it from Teamna, on the Get paid page, and Stripe checks your business details. Until then you can record cash and bank transfers.

When does the money reach my bank?

Stripe sends the money to your bank account. You set the payout schedule in your own Stripe dashboard.
