Teamna can ask new people short health questions when they join, and ask them to accept your terms. The questions are off until you turn them on. Only an owner or an admin can change them.
Teamna shows the words of your business. A swimming academy sees Coaches and Swimmers. A pilates studio sees Instructors and Clients. This article uses staff and participant.
Turn on the health questions
- On the web, open Settings and select Health.
- Turn on Ask health questions when people join.
Teamna gives you four questions to start: an injury or pain now, a pregnancy now or a birth in the last 6 months, a heart condition or a blood pressure condition, and surgery in the last 12 months. Each question has a yes or a no. A yes asks for a short note.
People who joined before you turned on the questions are not asked.
Change the questions
- Under Questions, change the words of a question, or select Remove.
- To add a question, select Add a question and type it.
- Select Save questions.
Write your terms
- Under Terms, read the words that Teamna gives you as a start and change them.
- Select Save terms.
Each change makes a new version of the terms. A person who accepted an earlier version keeps that version and is not asked again. New people accept the new version. To have no terms, make the box empty and save.
What a new participant sees
The health questions come after the name, on the web and in the mobile app. The person answers yes or no to each question, writes a short note for a yes, and accepts your terms. In a business where parents book for their children, the parent answers for each child.
A person whose request waits for your approval answers after you approve them. A parent who adds a child later answers for that child. Teamna shows them a reminder on their home screen.
Who reads the answers
- The owner and the admins read the answers on the page of the member and on the card of each child.
- Staff see only the flag Health note next to the name on the class list and on the attendance screen. They do not see the answers.
- To let staff read the answers too, turn on Staff can read health notes under Settings, Health. Staff then select Read the health notes on the attendance screen on the web.
Each session on Home shows how many people have a health note.
